PLR Ca-Ching
I think you’re really going to enjoy this post! I’m going to reveal a profit tactic that one of my coaching clients is currently using to earn $5000-$15,000 each and every month. It’s a real business with no tricks. 
The basis of this is taking a PLR product, changing it up a bit, getting new graphics for it, and then selling the completed product.
So, the first thing you’ve got to do is grab a PLR product…

Once you have your PLR product, comb through the entire thing. Grab a piece of paper and write down anything you’d like to add to it. Also, if you have related PLR in a different format (audio, videos, software) see if you can add that to the product too.
For instance, my coaching client’s last product was a dog training product. He had PLR to an ebook. He took the ebook, added a few topics to it (cost him $25 to have a writer add to it), and then had some PLR to dog training videos. He also added that to the product.
Once you have your PLR product turned into a complete product, you’ll need to get new graphics to represent the product, and a new header and footer for the site.
Reformat the sales page (most PLR products come with a sales page) add your new graphics, and you’ve got yourself a totally new ready to go product.
Now it’s time to sell the site attached to the product…

The coaching client that is currently doing this gets between $500-$1500 per site. I have a feeling he could get even more if he did 2 more things…
1. Created a squeeze page pre-loaded with messages selling the product, and use an exit pop to get people to subscribe.
2. Set the site up and had it collecting payments through ClickBank.com Have it making 1-2 sales a month. If the product sold for $97 and he only got two sales a month, he could get $2400-$4800 for the site. A site making money can be sold for up 1-2 years worth it’s current income.

I learned about PLR about 3 months ago and absolutely LOVE it. Currently, I’m using it to create viral free gifts for my visitors and co-branded free gifts I give to my partners to distribute to their lists.
I also recently took a PLR, grabbed some JV partners to contribute content, had a Rent-A-Coder guy do a new e-cover for $40 and I’m going to first give it away as a Fast Action Bonus with my upcoming ebook launch, then I’m going to pull it from there and sell it, and lastly provide a ‘free’ version to one of my JV partners to use when she participates in giveaways.
That’s just the beginning, too. I already have half a dozen ideas of other ways to use PLR that I haven’t even touched the surface.
PLR really is one of those things that once you have that “aha” moment and really get it, it’s just a ridiculous way to generate traffic and cash. I have more PLR ideas than I know what to do with right now…

I wish it was that easy…..

I used to believe it was that easy too. BUT then after all
the hard works of flipping the PLR product, build a
decent site, add decent graphics, etc… etc…
You realize that there is NO TRAFFIC coming to your site.
That’s why most people FAIL, because we don’t know how to sell online (or drive traffic). Unless of course you know some hot-shot gurus who have HUGE list and they allow you to send emails to their list.
It’s not as simple as it sounds…. the key is in driving lots and lots of traffic to your site and of course driving traffic to website need hard works (lots and lots of hard works). And it has a high learning curve.
This ever changing BS internet stuff is too enormous for any one in their right mind to put up with.. You need to go back to the drawing board, think about lots of tweeking and when you think you’re done tweek some more, and again and again and again.
Money loves Speed, get right the first time!!

Thanks for your kick-butt advice! It’s more innovative than most of the usual PLR marketing advice that other marketers teach. I particularly like the part about including other PLR products of other formats. The more modalities the complete product comes in, the higher its perceived value.

Now there are a few of you that I’m gonna call out…
First, Keith… If you think it’s BS and it’s so hard then why are you reading.
Seriously though… I’m a real person who REALLY does this stuff, and if I can do it anyone can. I don’t know if you know my background but I quit high school and college. I don’t have a PhD, and I’m not a genius. I don’t tweak jack crap and I hardly ever test. I have a simple formula…
Get an idea, see if it works, if it does, then I tell people about it and get paid.
So if you think “This ever changing BS internet stuff” is in fact, BS, good luck to you dear, but if you drop the negativity, bite on to something that is proven and stick with it, then you’ve got no worries.

Simply put…
You pick 3-5 traffic strategies, make a plan to use them each day, and implement that plan.
That is why people fail with traffic. They don’t make a plan and follow it. They try it once and then give up.

I am beginning to realize that the “Secret” to success in this business….is having a plan and working the plan…. and not giving up. I have been all over the map…..I get on line and suddenly get ADHD…(anyone else like this?) and have trouble focusing on just the few important things…..
Repacking and reselling a PLR product to a hungry or desperate audience is so simple….and yet few people do it because the discipline and the WORK involved….

I agree with you. What people need to do is to have a plan and focus on it and momentum will come once you get your first sale.
It is a great feeling trust me. Just stop reading email and get you hand to work and you will be amazed how much you can accomplished.
The thing is get one project done up then move on to the next!
