   Liz,

   Thanks for letting me take a look into your winning plan for 2008. I like how you didn’t refer to it as a set of New Year’s Resolutions (those things never work).

   I have a plan too. In fact, I use a backward planning process.

   The whole affiliate hub idea is something I find insightful, because as I continue to build my current site and create more products for the fitness industry, I can recruit affiliates and joint venture partners through this hub.

   I just finished watching your 2008 Million dollar plan.

   I wanted to ask a couple of questions about it.

   First, I noticed that none of your income streams included coaching.
   Will you not be doing any more coaching this coming
   year?
   I hope you have just forgotten to add it.
   I have just enrolled in your last coaching for the year (# 6) and was looking forward to getting more coaching in the coming year.

   Second, I wanted to ask about the way that you set up Niche sites.
   You said basically that you do the same thing as you do in the IM niche. Which is create products and then get lots of affiliates to promote them. Right?

   So, I was wondering if it is possible to make as much money in other niches with this business model as in the IM niche?

   Are there as many super affiliates out there in other niches? Are there as many affiliates out there who work as hard to sell in other niches?

   With regards to your business plan, fantastic! I have followed a lot of your work for some time now and believe that some times I have fallen down on my own planning. (Theres honesty for you)

   If I was to advise any one reading this it would be to spend time on getting this right, whether it takes 4 hours, 8 hours or a day it does not matter. It’s possible that you may not get everything right by the end of the year,but it will create you with goals and provide focus.

    To answer your questions…

    1. Yes, I will, but it will be VERY limited coaching. I’m going to be doing more personal coaching than group coaching.

    2. It all depends on your plan…

    With what I do, I make more money PER site in IM than I do in other niches.

    Meaning it takes more sites to make the same amount of money that an IM site does.

    On the flip side of that, there’s a lot less hassle. Not as much customer support, and so forth.

    Make sense?
