Another one of my coaching clients builds squeeze pages, loads the autoresponder to the squeeze page and sells them from $1000-$2000 a pop.

This one can be a bit challenging if your a “techy phobe”.

Your first step is picking a popular niche by using ClickBank.com You need to make sure that you have plenty of PLR content related to the niche.

After you pick your niche setup a squeeze page giving access to a “secret blog”

Create the secret blog and load it to continually post your PLR content to it

Create 5-10 email messages promoting products related to the niche.

Then all you do is drive traffic.

Yeah there is a lot more that goes into it. I did a coaching class on this a while back, but I’m actually thinking about making it into a full blow product.

Because I used high paying keywords, I just need a few visitors a month, and bam I’m making about $3 a day with this site. That’s $90 a month of one site.

Now if you build just one site a day that makes you $3 a day, in one month, you would have 30 sites making you $3 a day for a total of $90 a day! Two months, you’d have 60 sites making you $180 a day.

Yep it really is that simple. Just follow what I showed you in the video and you could very easily do this!

Now, I have laid out three successful business models for you.

The most important part of this isn’t that I’ve given you the instructions. The most important part is that you learn to focus on ONE thing until it makes you money, and either do it over and over, or adopt another business model to use along with your successful one.

I think you’re really going to enjoy this post! I’m going to reveal a profit tactic that one of my coaching clients is currently using to earn $5000-$15,000 each and every month. It’s a real business with no tricks.

The basis of this is taking a PLR product, changing it up a bit, getting new graphics for it, and then selling the completed product.

So, the first thing you’ve got to do is grab a PLR product…

Once you have your PLR product, comb through the entire thing. Grab a piece of paper and write down anything you’d like to add to it. Also, if you have related PLR in a different format (audio, videos, software) see if you can add that to the product too.

For instance, my coaching client’s last product was a dog training product. He had PLR to an ebook. He took the ebook, added a few topics to it (cost him $25 to have a writer add to it), and then had some PLR to dog training videos. He also added that to the product.

Once you have your PLR product turned into a complete product, you’ll need to get new graphics to represent the product, and a new header and footer for the site.

Reformat the sales page (most PLR products come with a sales page) add your new graphics, and you’ve got yourself a totally new ready to go product.

Now it’s time to sell the site attached to the product…

Yes, it’s that simple and easy.

Grab PLR, add to it, reformat sales letter, and sell it.

The coaching client that is currently doing this gets between $500-$1500 per site. I have a feeling he could get even more if he did 2 more things…

1. Created a squeeze page pre-loaded with messages selling the product, and use an exit pop to get people to subscribe.

2. Set the site up and had it collecting payments through ClickBank.com Have it making 1-2 sales a month. If the product sold for $97 and he only got two sales a month, he could get $2400-$4800 for the site. A site making money can be sold for up 1-2 years worth it’s current income.

Just a few make even more tips for you!

Man, am I ready for the weekend. We got back from FL on vacation, bought a house, moved into it and now on our way back to our other house on the other side of the state (Tennessee). Talk about a crazy life. But that’s what’s great about doing what I do. I can have a fun crazy life, and still work.

No matter what you’re doing online to make money, it’s all about having freedom. Be it the freedom to work for yourself or lead the life you want with no boss, you’re doing all “this” for the freedom factor, and I can’t blame you.

For those of you struggling. First off, don’t give up. Second off, zero in on one thing and only focus on it.

For instance, I currently have a coaching client who does nothing but build Adsense sites…

He is VERY successful with his Adsense business because that’s all he focuses on. He works three to four hours a day, builds his sites with PLR Article Pro, ( tomeymarketing.com/PLRArticlePro ) and makes a full time income with Adsense.

Not a HUGE income but more than most people make. He has a real job, and takes the money he makes and invests it. He’s quitting his job at the end of this year and will be coming out with a product that teaches people to create information products for investment money.
